The programme is designed to help early-career professionals and career-changers grow quickly in confidence and expertise, while ensuring ST1 continues to deliver excellence across Quantity Surveying, Project Management, and Dispute Resolution.
James Leonard – Trainee Quantity Surveyor
James joins after completing A-Levels at Long Road Sixth Form and gaining experience with Streets Accountants and Morgan Sindall. He has already begun working with a senior mentor and will progress towards a Level 6 qualification with full APC support as part of his ST1 development pathway.
Oliver Fuller – Trainee Quantity Surveyor
A recent Long Road Sixth Form graduate, Oliver joins with excellent attention to detail and a commitment to learning. He will benefit from APC preparation, mentoring, and practical experience to establish a solid foundation for his surveying career.
Rosie Preston – Commercial Assistant
With a Masters in Art Law from the University of York and varied experience across retail, hospitality, and the auction sector, Rosie brings analytical and legal skills to the team. She will be supported by structured training and mentoring to broaden her commercial knowledge and apply her interest in intellectual property law to live projects.
Henry Bray – Commercial Coordinator
Henry holds a Business degree from Nottingham Trent University and has built experience with Waitrose, John Lewis, and Cambridge Press and Assessment. At ST1, he will take advantage of the in-house training programme to strengthen his business analysis and commercial management skills while developing under an experienced mentor.
