Addenbrooke’s Hospital Elective Care, Genetics & Diabetes Centre
ST1 Group supported the development of this pioneering PFI project, fully integrated within Addenbrooke’s Hospital to enhance patient care and academic research. The centre includes surgical theatres, sterile services, endoscopy, and specialist genetics and diabetes facilities, helping to reduce waiting times and improve patient services.
Our team prepared Bills of Quantities, managed trade package procurement, and provided commercial support for brickwork, cladding, equipment, ceilings, partitions, and finishes—ensuring efficient delivery and cost-effective management of this vital healthcare facilities.
