Fulham FC Riverside Stand: Resolving Challenges in a Landmark Redevelopment

ST1 Group’s Dispute Resolution Services (DRS) division played a key role in the construction of Fulham Football Club’s new Riverside Stand. This ambitious project involved the development of a two-tier main stand incorporating hospitality areas, residential units, general spectator facilities, a gym, and a spa.

Additionally, the works included the construction of a new river wall and walkway, as well as the demolition and remodelling of adjacent stands.
