Marble Arch Place – A Landmark Mixed-Use Development

ST1 Group played a key role in the development of Marble Arch Place, a striking new landmark at the junction of Oxford Street and Edgware Road. This ambitious 45,691m² mixed-use project features two distinct buildings: a 19-storey residential tower housing 54 luxury apartments and a commercial building offering eight floors of premium office space alongside six retail units.

Designed to enhance the area’s urban landscape, the development also introduces a vibrant new public realm, seamlessly connecting Oxford Street and Edgware Road. With breathtaking views over Hyde Park, Marble Arch Place sets a new standard for luxury living and high-end commercial space in London. Completed in 2021, this project showcases ST1 Group’s expertise in managing large-scale, high-profile developments.
