This ambitious project is transforming the historic building into a private members club, luxury apartments, and London’s first Waldorf Astoria hotel, while preserving its timeless elegance.
Our team provided expertise across DRS, Project Management, and ST1 Consulting, delivering cost planning, procurement support, senior management guidance, and commercial oversight of the basement construction. Having been referred following our success on The Old War Office, we are honoured to play a key role in revitalising another historic London landmark.
