ST1 Group provided Commercial Management and Subcontract Package Management for the £250 million Center Parcs Woburn Forest project, delivering 625 low-carbon timber lodges across a 365-acre site. Our services included financial reporting, claim preparation, dispute resolution, and subcontract final account management, ensuring smooth project completion across 90 subcontractor packages.

Following severe storm damage in early 2014, we also supported the insurance claim process, preparing key documentation to minimise delays. The development enhanced local biodiversity, with over 20,000 trees planted, making it one of the UK’s most sustainable leisure projects.
