North Western Halls – Radisson RED Hotel
ST1 Group has supported Briggs & Forrester Group on the North Western Halls redevelopment in Liverpool since January 2022, providing full-time quantity surveying and part-time commercial support.
The project, led by Deansgate Construction, involves the full M&E package for the transformation of the historic 19th-century former North Western Hotel—later student housing—into a Radisson RED. ST1’s role includes site measurements, valuations, variation management, and subcontractor account administration.
Once complete, the venue will become the fifth Radisson RED in the UK, restoring the landmark building’s heritage, including its original railway hotel connection to Lime Street Station.
