Construct1 were appointed as the main contractor for the Poke House Restaurant in Mayfair, delivering the scheme under a design and build contract. Following a competitive tender and formal proposal process, our team oversaw every aspect of the fit-out — from project scheduling and programme management to quality assurance, cost control, and on-site coordination. The Central London location in Mayfair also demanded meticulous logistical planning to ensure smooth and efficient delivery.

Originating in Milan in 2018, Poke House has rapidly expanded across Europe, opening over 30 restaurants in Italy, Portugal, and Spain. Their UK growth plan aims to deliver 50 new restaurants, with a focus on London and the South of England. Our involvement in the Mayfair location showcases Construct1’s capability to deliver high-quality hospitality environments in prestigious city settings, combining efficient management with exceptional attention to detail.
