Equans, working on behalf of housing association One Manchester, is transforming unused land into Beyer’s Bahn, a residential development of 109 homes across two sites, featuring townhouses with private gardens and apartments with shared green spaces. ST1 Group has been appointed on a part-time basis to provide commercial management support for two major subcontractor packages—Kinder Interiors and Pilkington & Dean Brickwork.
Our role includes subcontract package reviews, managing variation accounts, and pre-adjudication and process reviews.
